Positive aspects:
The room was nice, especially the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great as were the servers in the restaurant. The free online computer service was very helpful. There was some confusion with the reservation desk people understanding our English.

Negative aspects:
I need help immediately with my billing. I checked into the hotel on Saturday, October 13th and checked out of the hotel on Tuesday morning, October 16th. When I checked out of the hotel, I was charged 688.95 and a transaction fee of 20.66 American dollars on my Visa account. I was charged for the three night stay at that time. When I received my Visa bill this month, I was not only charged this amount on October 16th, but I was also billed on my Visa on September 18th for 233.99 plus a transaction fee of 7.01 AND ANOTHER FEE of 39.57 and transaction fee of 1.18 by your company. My reservation number was AK369. Please help me in crediting my account by removing your charge dated September 18th as something is terribly wrong.
