Positive aspects:
clean, friendly, staff expected us straight away. There was always someone there. Nice food at breakfast Helpful staff. Clean rooms.

Negative aspects:
The plug sockets in our room didn't work, we only realised this on the last night of our stay, however, we could not then charge our electic appliences and this was very poor. Because of this, the bed side lamps and TV did not work either.
