Positive aspects:
In Poland i have noticed that the hotels do not give a shape of Hotels but Cracovia certainly do look like a big hotel.
Negative aspects:
The reception people do not have a similing welcome....They should welcome the guests properly making them feel honoured.		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
The service was helpful and gracious. Both the breakfast and food ordered from room service were tasty, warm and arrrived in atimely manner.
Negative aspects:
While the bed was comfortable I was a bit surprised that it was a single. This is very unusual in a hotel room in the USA. Perhaps I should have inquired as to the bed when I registered but did not think to.		 My rating:

Bardzo mila i profesjonalna obsluga, pelne zrozumienie i zyczliwosc, fantastyczne polozenie, blisko Rynku , który jest dla mnie doskonalym miejscen relaksu, bardzo milo i sympatycznie spedzilem czas w Panstwa Hotelu,
Negative aspects:
Jedyna cecha negatywna jest strona techniczna, bylem w okresie duzych upalów i ewidentnie brakowalo klimatyzacji ale to drobiazg. :)		 My rating:

Grand and central to the Old Town, yet nicely removed from any late night chaos.
Negative aspects:
I was charged money on my credit card, prior to my arrival in Poland, for which I can find no explanation. I have tried to e-mail a request for information, but am unable to identify a direct e-mail address or indeed telephone number.		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
I enjoyed my stay at the Cracovia. The room was clean, service was excellent and the location worked well for me. I will try to stay there when I return to Kraokow next September.
Negative aspects:
The location of the toilet in my room (314)was ridiculous (too close to the wall) and the shower was not well set up (although it worked OK for me)		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
Very inexpensive...good proximity to Market Square
Negative aspects:
Room was very loud (near the road) restaurant's hours were not good Breakfast was not very good Even though my room was on the non smoking floor, there was an odor of smoke anyway. Very warm with no tempurature control in the room. Front desk staff was rude and not very pleasant		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
The rooms are a good size and so are the bathrooms; the staff are friendly and very helpful; the hotel is walking distance to all the places a visitor to Krakow wants to see.

Room 208. The standing shower unit was faulty in that it did not secure properly, with the result that one needed to hand-hold the unit in order to avoid drenching the room.		 My rating:

All very good -- clean, friendly staff, adequate facilities.
Negative aspects:
Just one thing, really: we had a booking confirmation which states that breakfast is included in the room price; when we arrived this was said to be a mistake and we were charged extra for breakfast. We stayed in Krakow during a heat-wave and there was no airconditioning or fans in the rooms at the Cracovia.		 My rating:

The access to the internet is poor. It is available only in the lobby area. It is a very slow connection which prevents downloading even small files. It is also too expensive. I found that often when I was using the internet in the lobby, people would sit near me and smoke. In conclusion the internet service at the Hotel Cracovia is poor! 		My rating:

- good location - easy to find for foreigners who don't speak or read polish - good spacy room suitable for our family of three - close to the soccer field... (see negatives)

Bliskosc centrum (wygoda), wygodne pokoje, dobre jedzenie, bardzo mila i sprawna obsluga.
Negative aspects:
Bliskosc centrum (halas), brzydka restauracja, te same kobiety snujace sie co wieczór po holu, siedzace w barze i saczace drinki. Uregulowanie rachunku trwa kilka minut (jedno stanowisko), co przy spotkaniu sie 4 gosci powoduje czekanie 15-20 minut. Na aparacie telefonicznym w pokoju nie dziala (w zadnym) przycisk "recepcja" - nalezy skads wiedziec, ze to numer 604. 		My rating:
