Positive aspects:
overall the stay was fine with the thailand experience dinner on the saturday night very enjoyable. nice touch of cholates on the pillows, my wife appreciated this gesture.
Negative aspects:
Disappointed that the teller had to verify my credit card with a phone call, never had this before on any other hotels i have visited throughout the world, as i knew that there was plenty of available money to cover this stay and more as I had checked my account at work before travelling. Had to report an electrical socket that was not working for the coffee machine No paper on the Sunday morning as expected, one was delivered on the Sat morning Overlay keep waitresses to take away plates, in fact one started cleared our dishes away while we were getting our next course at breakfast !!! even with a jumper on the chair and fruit juices on the table.

Positive aspects:
Room 529 was nice and quiet with a good view on Wawel Castle, nice bathroom and a good bed with two duvets. It was very enjoyable to be able to have breakfast included. Good selection of food. Great to have a built in safe for valuables. Enough space for three people in the room. Nice to be able to make tea in the room.
Negative aspects:
Not being able to open the window the first night was a negative. Once I signed the disclaimer, and the window was unlocked, we realized that the night lights out of the window were attracting mosquitos and therefore the curtains had to be tightly closed and we got very little fresh air even though the window was open. Is there a way to switch off the outside lights for the night?
