Stayed 5 places in Poland. Your Hotel was best value! Nice rooms. Best breakfast!
Negative aspects:
Your sign was not that visible at night. The walk to downtown is a little more than 20 minutes. (Didn't mind the walk though). The map that you hand-out is just plain WRONG! The first street you need to find is on your left not your right. 		My rating:

Positive aspects:
Good Location. Close to Train Station and Stare Miasto. Receptionist was very helpful. (I wish I rembered her name but she was working the weekend). Like the Magellan Library. The Travel Agency is very convenient and has competitive rates.
Negative aspects:
Thought I was getting a suite. The 'triple' is basically a double with a cot thrown in. No tray in the washroom...where do I put the toiletries? Working the telephone is confusing in Poland for a foreigner.		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
The staff were very friendly and helpful ! The check out time and breakfast time was at a very good time. The room service/ cleaning was excellent and unobtrusive.
Negative aspects:
Our room didn't have a window to fresh air, there was a fan but wasn't sufficent for the heat. I'd suggest air- conditioning fitted to those particular rooms without fresh air. No tea/ coffee making facilites in the rooms		 My rating:

It's a very cosy hotel, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was very professional and kind,
Negative aspects:
Due to the very hot weather at that time and since the rooms are not airconditioned, it was rather hot and stuffy in the room. There were also some bugs in our romm (cockroach like) which we had to fight on several occasions.		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
conveniently situated for bus/train station and town centre. lovely helpful reception staff. clean rooms with towels changed daily.
Negative aspects:
WE were put in room on 5th floor which was more like a large cupboard with no windows which open. AS the weather was very hot it made the room rather uncomfortable to sleep in especially as there is no air conditioning in the hotel. Would have liked both rooms to have been together but we were put on 1st and 5th floor which i thought could have been better as booking was made early. 		My rating:
