Positive aspects:
It is central, clean, the service is excellent and the food is wholesome, tasty and reasonably priced. The staff are all courteous and helpful and the service excellent.

Negative aspects:
As there is no residents' lounge, I would have liked to have two comfortable chairs in our twin-bed room. It rained for most of the ten days we were in Krakow and there were times when we would have liked to sit somewhere comfortably to relax and read our books.

We enjoyed our stay with you very much. It was the second time that I stayed in your hotel and I inyend coming back to Krakow next year and will also be staying in your hotel. I will recommend your hotel to any of my friends that are going to go to POland.
