In this renovated, built in 1895, the Ostaszewskis' Palace there is a 4 star hotel - a real pearl which shines with elegance, tradition and studied taste. The Palace is well-situated, a short walk from Vistula riverside, Wawel, Old Town and Kazimierz district. This excellent location has its negative side though - the traffic noise from the busy Pilsudskiego Street can be a nuisance. The Ostoya would suit all those who don't like metallic and glass, stiff, modern, conventional decorations and anonymity of large hotels - shields, stained-glass, panels, paintings are inherent in the atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel's palace style decorations make favorable surroundings for business meetings for small groups of people or romantic trip.
The interiors of the hotel's pub - Kuranty are worth a visit, frequent live concerts are a great attraction and good opportunity to get to know many talented musicians from Krakow. The hotel's staff are kind and always ready to help. That makes you feel relaxed and soaked in luxury.

Rooms

The Ostoya welcomes its guests in air conditioned rooms: standard, deluxe and suites. Each room is equipped with TV Sat (flat plasma screen makes watching more enjoyable), radio, mini bar, safe, telephone, fast and free Internet access, floor heating system, towel heating hangers, dressing-gowns, hairdryer.
Apart from the generous equipment, an important advantage of the rooms is the spaciousness and the variety of exceptional decorations. With over twenty rooms you will not find two identical ones. Stylish Italian furniture, paintings in beautiful solid frames, beautiful fixtures, flowers - everything to keep the French modernism style of the hotel's interior. You will be impressed by high ceilings typical of palace style and magnificent tile decorated stoves scattered in rooms and corridors.

A special atmosphere is created by beautiful wooden floors, enormous mirrors and comfortably equipped spacious bathrooms where you can take a quick shower or a relaxing bath in a corner bath-tub and Jacuzzi (in some rooms).
24 hours a day, excellent Room Service and possibility of having breakfast in your room are additional pearls that complete your comfortable stay.
For families with children there is a family room especially provided with toys, picture books, small table and cot.
Each suite contains a home cinema system which would make your stay more enjoyable. Despite of the historic interior there is a modern safe lift in the hotel.
The hotel took care to prepare rooms adapted for disabled people needs.
The tram noises can be a nuisance in some of the rooms, therefore we recommend to choose a room situated on the opposite side of the corridor.

Restaurant

You can have traditional Polish meals and some specialties of European cuisine in a cozy restaurant parlor or in the Kuranty pub situated in the hotel's spacious cellars. You can't miss a possibility to try something from a rich choice of drinks of various colors and tastes in the place where a Krakow's branch of the Polish Barmen Society is situated. In The Kuranty pub you will also find many various types of entertainment: poetry evenings, comedy performances, you can watch a football match on a large plasma screen. There is also wireless Internet and air conditioning which allows you to work on your laptop and have a cup of coffee.
Decorations, atmosphere, the way the meals are served, sumptuous dishes, flowers and music confirm the hotel's motto: "Constant care of the guest's comfort through unforgettable atmosphere and unusual aesthetics."
Main courses and desserts are named accordingly to their taste ("Frozen cream scoop with cocktail cherries on a chocolate mirror with fruit bouquet.") - refined and delicious. The prices are not high considering what we get for it.

Conference rooms

2 conference rooms are ideal for business meetings or training for small groups of people. "Klubowa" room is designed for 12 people and "Konferencyjna" room can accommodate up to 35 people. They are air conditioned and provided with necessary tools including audio-visual equipment.
The restaurant staff assists in a professional and discreet manner during coffee breaks, lunches and formal dinners.

Additional Services

After a tiring day you can use the palace's sauna.

When leaving the hotel you can purchase some jewelry that you can choose from a glass-case at the reception. There is a choice of real amber or set with silver accessories.

You can order your car to be taken to a secure car park. The cost is 10 EUR per day.
