Positive aspects:
A lovely hotel, right on the Market Square. The room were beautiful and well equipped. Our room on the 4th floor had a small balcony overlooking the Square. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, who were all friendly, very efficient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made our stay delightful.

Positive aspects:
A loveley hotel in the perfect location for staying in Krakow and the staff were polite and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good too. If I ever visit the city again I will stay at the Wentzl.
