Very welcoming - really friendly staff. Centrally located. Great breakfast spread and very good value for money.

IVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL FOR THREE YEARS RUNNING NOW AND I FEEL LIKE IM AT HOME. THE SERVICE IS GREAT, THE BREAKFAST IS SPOT ON TOO, EVERYONE IS SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, WHEN YOU COME BACK FROM A GOOD DAY OUT THE ROOM IS TIDY, SO I WILL ALWAYS STAY AT THIS HOTEL AND THE LOCATION IS SECOND TO NON.

Negative aspects:
I NOTICED THIS YEAR HOW DIRTY THE WALLS ARE IN THE ROOMS. THE LAST TWO YEARS IVE BEEN ON THE SECOND FLOOR BUT THIS YEAR I WAS ON THE THIRD , WHEN THE SUN SHONE THE ROOM REALLY DID LOOK LIKE IT DESPERATLY NEEDED DECORATING ,I WONDERED WHAT NEW GUESTS MUST THINK , AS THE HOTEL WAS FULL,
